The atmosphere is charming and packed with character, making for a lovely experience. The dining area had a great vibe, and the breakfast offerings were impressive with fresh pastries and hearty options, setting the tone for a good day ahead.
The built-in wardrobe's door was a bit awkward to open, needing a trim at the bottom, which is a hassle. while the quaint style adds charm, some areas might benefit from a touch of modernization for smoother functionality.

Lovely Elgin escape 🌿
The brekkie options were tops, fresh pastries and a lovely vibe in the dining area. Chaz, the host, was super friendly and made me feel at home. Room was lekker comfortable with great views, couldn’t hear the traffic at all!
The little TV was a bit far for my liking, but honestly, didn't spoil the experience.

A delightful breakfast surprise
Waking up to an array of breakfast options was a treat. The hosts truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt like family, even cooking us snacks for the Formula 1 race day.
The only minor hiccup was a slightly awkward wardrobe door in our room, but it hardly impacted our lovely stay.

the stay was super cozy and clean, the hosts there were really friendly and made us feel at home. i loved that the breakfast had lots of choices, especially the salmon and eggs – it was delish! also, the location was spot on, just a short walk to town and nice gardens nearby. the garden area was a great place to chill for a bit. felt like living in a pretty victorian house, which added a nice touch!
the room was a bit small for my liking, and the wardrobe door could be awkward to open.

Exceptional Stay with Cozy Comfort
I recently enjoyed a delightful stay where the warm atmosphere made it feel like home. The hosts, Lynn and Lee, were exceptionally welcoming, and the cozy room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat with a variety of options that never disappointed. My only minor suggestion would be to have a few more modern touches in the decor to maintain the charm while enhancing comfort.
